I don’t know who first said it, but a good leader is a good reader! The number one leadership book, sacred or secular, I have ever read is Courageous Leadership by Bill Hybels. We are all either leaders or potential leaders, so invest the time to read this thought-provoking book! Others worth a read are Understanding Leadership by Tom Marshall and The Making of a Leader by Robert Clinton.
